Update

Trying new fruit: This dragon fruit (learn about it here) is very cool looking and has a decent taste.

Looking for work: We're being extremely picky with what we choose to do as we sign contracts. We have a lot of options in both freelance and employment.

Chinese New Year: Friday, Saturday and Sunday were spent at different friend's homes' eating Chinese food and American food. We had hot pot (learn about it here) and handed out red envelopes (learn about it here).

Our thoughts and feelings: Both Jana and I are loving the mild weather and look forward to even warmer temperatures. We enjoy walking to most places and taking the occasional cheap taxi. The food is growing on us, but it is much more soupy and 'authentic' than what I had in the Mainland last May. Walking up and down the streets is easy enough, but be careful, you could easily be hit or cause an accident (much more so than England).
